Is there a charge to cancel my subscription?
There is zero charge to cancel your subscription! You can cancel at any time through your initial subscription email from Dr. Stolberg’s Herbal Tea.
I have an issue with my package, what should I do?
We offer Route package protection for all orders. The Route fee ensures your package is fully protected in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen. If you have opted-into package protection, please reach out directly to Route to file a claim
Can I cancel my order?
If you’d like to cancel your order, reach out to us as soon as possible within our business hours, (Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm PST) at info@drstolbergs.com and we’d be happy to process your request. However, if your order has been processed and transferred for shipment, we cannot make any changes or cancellations to your order.
