Ginger juice is a non negotiable for me - endless benefits and so easy to make at home! I combine ginger with apple and lemon and prep 3-4 days of juice at once so it’s ready in the fridge and easy to grab and go.

Apple Lemon Ginger Juice
🫚 200-250g of ginger
🍋 2 lemons
🍏 4-5 green apples

Scrub clean, cut small and juice. Separate into 4 servings and drink 1 serving a day!
